Thanks for this, very interesting.

I would find it useful if you had a template you could share for the ‘voucher’ you mention regarding keeping a record of the dividends paid to Directors.

Do you have such a thing, or know where one could be obtained?

Do you use any of the more “racy” tax efficient remuneration strategies like eFURBS or ERTs (Employee Remuneration Trusts)? We have access to these and they are extremely robust with leading Counsel’s Opinions.
